Our background checks A background check is an important part of the recruitment process. At SRI, we know that insights and deep knowledge about candidates through background checks creates good conditions for successful hires and security in any organisation. Our analysts use a unique intelligence method to deliver objective background checks that also analyses the candidate’s behaviour online. With our four background check levels Sceen, Co-worker, Specialist and Executive, we cover a wide scope of role complexities and access levels so you can choose a suitable level for each recruitment project. Trust and integrity are key for us. Our background checks are performed in a highly encrypted, GDPR-compliant IT-environment. We also take pride in involving the candidate in the processes by offering a double consent for GDPR; the first one when the process is initiated and the second before the completed background check is sent to the employer. The employer receives an extensive report complete with an easy-to-understand grading scale. Several of our background check levels also include deep analysis and interview questions tailored to the outcome from each background check.
