Assessment Engine provides accurate, cost-effective and clear information about individuals' performance and behavior at work. The standardized assessments measure individual characteristics such as personality, cognitive ability, interests and motivation in a valid, reliable and efficient manner. Get started right away – no training needed! Assessment Engine incorporates state-of-the-art evidence-based algorithms predicting outcomes such as Job Performance, Functional Leadership, Sales, Counterproductive Work Behavior, and more. Candidates can easily be ranked on their overall suitability score, ensuring fairness and non-discrimination in the interpretation of results. The Descriptive Personality Report additionally provides a full description of measurable human personality, based on five overall personality dimensions and 30 detailed facet scales. Assessment Engine is fully and seamlessly integrated with Teamtailor. Simply select your desired predictive and/or descriptive outcomes; set dates for email reminders; and set an optional cut-off threshold score. Assessment Engine automatically configures the assessment process based on your preferences, to ensure maximum validity of the results. Each candidate receives a customized email with a unique link, which gives immediate and secure access to their individual assessment process; no further registration or login is needed. When a candidate has completed the assessment process, their Teamtailor profile card is updated with the results and links to downloadable PDF reports. Additionally, if a cut-off score has been configured, the candidate is automatically forwarded to the specified stage in the recruitment process. All assessments and algorithms delivered by Assessment Engine are compliant with the international standard for Assessment Service Delivery, ISO 10667. To ensure GDPR compliance, Assessment Engine has been built from the ground up with data protection and privacy as the default practice.
