Assently is a Trust Service Provider and falls under the EU’s eIDAS legislation. All e-signed documents with Assently´s services are recognized globally. Assently is compliant with GDPR and certified in accordance with ISO 27001. With Teamtailor and Assently E-sign it is very easy to send a contract for signing – the candidate is just moved from one status to another, and the relevant contract is sent for signing. It is easy to keep on sent contracts, track them and get notifications when contract has been signed. Already existing templates can of course be used as well as new templates easily can be added. Signing method, sending party and many other parameters can be set on template level.
